About the role

The Guest service agent is a key member of the Front Office team responsible for exceptional service to every guest who comes through our doors:

Your typical day will include some of the following:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort, safety & privacy

  • Maintain effective communication at all times, among the team and between departments
  • Always be up to date and adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain quality service delivery of front office operation by adhering to the established policies and procedures.
  • Follow and complete all checklists/tasks efficiently and report any difficulties immediately to the Supervisor.

As the first point of contact for the Hotel, you are guest-driven and enjoy exceeding guests’ expectations.
You can work shift work which involves various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Skills & experience 

  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous reception experience in a hotel/resort environment will be beneficial however full training will be provided on-site.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Work together with trust and treat all guests and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect.
