About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The Food and Beverage Attendant will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure tables are properly set and clean before seating guests
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Skills & experience
- Must hold a valid NSW RSA
- Minimum twelve months experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
