About the role  

We are accepting applications for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Sous Chef. You will be responsible to operate within the food and beverage team ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.

Skills & experience 

  • Ideally, you’ll have a minimum 5 years in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen as a CDP 
  • You have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
  • You have extensive knowledge of various kitchen sections 
  • The ability to multi-task
  • You have extensive knowledge of kitchen operational procedures including ordering, stock handling, minimizing wastage, OHS requirements, rostering
