About the role
Our business is growing, we’re seeking a dynamic up and comer to join our highly successful kitchen team. Our Hotel has a great focus on unique and innovative urban design elements and technology.
We are accepting applications for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Sous Chef. You will be responsible to operate within the food and beverage team ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount.

Skills & experience
- Ideally, you’ll have a minimum 5 years in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen as a CDP
- You have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
- You have extensive knowledge of various kitchen sections
- The ability to multi-task
- You have extensive knowledge of kitchen operational procedures including ordering, stock handling, minimizing wastage, OHS requirements, rostering
