About the role
We are hiring a full-time Distribution Co-Ordinator to join the Hotel Rates Team, based in our CBD HQ Building. The role would perfectly suit a Front Office or Reservation Agent looking to broaden their knowledge and skills and leave shift work behind. Our Distribution Co-Ordinator supports the hotels’ revenue goals by loading rates, packages, corporate contracts and other content into EVT’s various distribution channels. This role requires excellent communication skills to facilitate a smooth flow of information between guest and hotels, and also between reservations and sales. With excellent attention to detail, you will maintain the integrity of our databases, rate parity and online content with extreme confidentiality. Some of your tasks will include;
Content management on distribution channels, including loading new hotel property information and updating hotel data.
Rate management, including reviewing and assisting hotels in rate and room availability management.
Profile management and reporting, including guidance for hotel teams on master account codes and various reporting systems as well as compiling statistical reports

Skills & Experience
Knowledge of Opera, SynXis (or similar), Siteminder (or similar) and configuration experience highly regarded
Front Office/Reception and/or Reservation in a hotel environment strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organisation and time management
Internal/external stakeholder management
