About the role
We are currently seeking a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover for a Systems Administrator role.
This role is a full-time salaried position working Monday – Friday with on-the-job training provided. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the business at a Systems Administrator level.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service online support
- Voucher and Git Card fulfilments
- Support corporate prepaid product fulfilment and product set-up
- Ad hoc dashboard reports setup & update
- Software System support
- High volume data entry
- Other duties and projects as directed by Operations Systems Manager
