About the role

We are on the hunt for a Breakfast Chef who is hungry to make a big impact on the overall Hotel TOTTO experience for our guests.

Skills & experience 

  • Previous experience as a Chef is a MUST
  • Knowledgeable across dining periods including breakfast and lunch.
  • Able to support a team with a hands on approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • WH&S & FSS – Sound knowledge 
  • Knowledge of food & cooking techniques
  • Immaculate presentation and passionate customer service advocate
