Basta is located inside Hotel TOTTO Wollongong- EVT’s newest hotel to open. As Pizza Chef, you will deliver the hotel pizza offerings. The hotel features 150 accommodation rooms where it invites guests to dine in Basta restaurant or take delight in enjoying delicious fare through the comforts of in-room dining. The Pizza Chef will provide quick service to, In-Room Dining orders and assist in covering all-day dining offerings.
Additional skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef is a MUST
- Knowledgeable across dining periods including lunch and dinner.
- Able to support a team with a hands on approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- WH&S & FSS – Sound knowledge
- Knowledge of food & cooking techniques
- Immaculate presentation and passionate customer service advocate
