About the role
As Night Manager you will be a true night owl – working autonomously to manage your own shift and be responsible for all operations of the hotel overnight.

Skills & experience
- You possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Competent in rolling the night and preparing all relevant reports
- Great analytical skills for finding the right answers
- Auditing and balancing of the hotels accounts
- Efficiently see to any guest complaints or emergency situations
- Proactive worker – can work alone and thrive
- Opera experience preferred
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Full time roll – 5 days a week
- You have good problem solving skills
- You love to run your own shift and work alone
- You have great time management skills
- You communicate well – both with colleagues and guests
- You are good with computers and know your way around Opera
