A great opportunity has arisen to join the Hotel team at QT Canberra as a one of our casual Guest Service Agents! In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the duration of their stay.

Requirements

  • A great welcoming personality with flare 
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Attention to detail 
  • Opera PMS knowledge desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Work as part of a team environment
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day roster – Including weekday mornings and weekends

What you will be doing

  • Assist guests with check ins and check outs
  • Cash handling and credit card transactions
  • Taking guest reservations
  • Handling general enquiries and answer internal/external calls in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal departments daily
  • Assist the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager as required

This casual position we are looking to fill requires a flexible person who is confident in their own skin but can also play well with others.
