About the role
- Assist guests with check ins and check outs
- Cash handling and credit card transactions
- Taking guest reservations
- Handling general enquiries and answer internal/external calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal departments daily
- Assist the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager as required

Skills & experience
- A great welcoming personality with flare
- Previous experience in customer service
- Attention to detail
- Opera PMS knowledge desirable
- Attention to detail
- Work as part of a team environment
- Flexible availability over a 7 day roster – Including weekday mornings and weekends
- You have a passionate work ethic
- You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to give our guest a memorable experience
