A great opportunity has arisen to join the Hotel team at QT Canberra as Room Service Team Leader. In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during their stay by providing a great experience through In Room Dining.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Attention to detail
- POS use
- Food and Beverage knowledge
- Confident to work autonomously
- Flexible availability over a 7 day pm roster – weekend work required
