About the role
We are on the lookout for our next hotel Porter! You will be responsible for the welcoming experience and initial contact to all who walk through the doors, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and responding to guest requests promptly. This role is welcoming guests, carrying luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, directing traffic as well as delivering hotel amenities. Your role will also include explaining the facilities of the Hotel, processing and delivering, providing tourism information and dining or entertainment recommendations to our guests.
