About the role
Our Award winning Capitol Bar and Grill is seeking driven and hands-on talent that excel in high energy, high turnover restaurants.
We are looking for early risers who love to make people smile in the morning. Preferred availability for our breakfast team members is weekdays Monday-Friday from 6am
Key duties;
- A sound knowledge of restaurant operations, food + beverage and guest service.
- Outstanding communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
