  • Responsible for your specific kitchen station, overseeing preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain a seamless flow and consistently deliver top-notch dishes. 
  • Reporting directly to the Executive Chef Adam Lane,  It is important you are calm under pressure and you promote a positive working environment for your team.
  • Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards, conducting regular checks to guarantee the freshness, taste, and visual appeal of all dishes leaving the kitchen.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff, communicating effectively to ensure efficient teamwork, smooth operations, and a harmonious kitchen environment in one of the Gold Coast’s leading Japanese culinary establishments.A keen eye for detail 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
  • Proven experience working seamlessly in a dynamic kitchen environment
