About the role

We have positions available in our awarding winning department across Yamagen Japanese Restaurant, Pool Bar, Banquet Operation and Bazaar Marketplace
Some duties include:
- Cocktail making
- Opening and closing
- Customer service

Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- The ability to work under pressure in one of Sydney’s busiest kitchens
- Passion for culinary excellence
- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
- Team player
- Sound knowledge of current food trends
