About the role
The successful candidates will become a part of our team of professionals in this leading and exciting department making it the place to be, and the place to be seen on the Gold Coast. They will be responsible for the successful operation of the restaurant and bar ensuring our guests receive a memorable, world class experience. Experience is a must, we are seeking staff with the highest service expectations, and standards.
This role requires the successful candidates to have an understanding of bar and restaurant operations responsible for delivering and upholding the service standards, skills, product knowledge, team culture and guest experiences we have become known for.
To be successful in your application you must have a ‘team first’ attitude, coupled with the desire and passion to succeed in this challenging industry.
