About the role
QT Hotel is seeking to fill multiple Full Time F&B Restaurant Supervisor positions that will based in of our award winning Bazaar Marketplace. These roles have both breakfast and dinner service shifts available.

Skills & experience
- This rarely available role requires the successful candidate to be comfortable overseeing a small-medium team of staff, running shifts, opening and closing venue abilities, team training experience, creative development knowledge and of course providing our guests unique and memorable experiences.
- The successful applicant will be able think on their feet when faced with last minute requests, and be able to motivate a team to join them in delivering world class service.
- The role comes with a certain level of autonomy that requires the successful applicant to be able manage daily service confidently and competently and take ownership of decision making throughout service to ensure smooth service and all guests leave satisfied.
- We’re looking for an industry professional who will bring their own exciting, warm and welcoming personality that our QT guests are accustomed to.
We want to challenge guest expectations and lead the way in service experiences.
- Previous experience in a leadership position in 5 Star Hotels will be looked upon favourably but not compulsory.
