Your duties will include:
- Ensuring our guest’s needs are exceeded
- Managing the day to day operations of the hotel
- Customer service duties including check ins, check outs and managing any guest enquires.
- Ensure policies, procedures, rates and general hotel information are communicated to the team.
- Be proficient in all front and back office equipment/ systems / programs.
- Cash handling, electronic payments and responding to email / enquiries.
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all guests during your shift
- Implement training programs for all front office employees, conduct new employee inductions/on boarding and skills training.
You will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of Front Office / Night Audit / Reservations shifts along with Front Office systems. (Opera knowledge is an advantage)
- Impeccable grooming and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work a rotating roster including nights & weekends
- Ability to work well under pressure and be able to multitask.
- Excellent communication, both written & verbal.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role within the Front Office team in a hotel or similar establishment.

Employment Conditions:
This is a full time role and you will be required to work a rotating roster, 7 days per week. Must have Australian working rights.
