About the role 

We are seeking a talented, vibrant and dynamic QT Front Office Duty Manager, that will bring individuality, creativity and passion into turning the ordinary into extraordinary. 

  • Ensuring our guest’s needs are exceeded
  • Managing the day to day operations of the hotel
  • Customer service duties including check ins, check outs and managing any guest enquires.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, rates and general hotel information are communicated to the team.
  • Be proficient in all front and back office equipment/ systems / programs.
  • Cash handling, electronic payments and responding to email / enquiries.
  • Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all guests during your shift
  • Implement training programs for all front office employees, conduct new employee inductions/on boarding and skills training.
