About the role
We are seeking a talented, vibrant and dynamic Sushi Chef to bring expertise and creativity to our high-energy, fast-paced & award-winning restaurant Yamagen. The ideal candidate will have a “team-first” attitude, a passion for culinary excellence, and the drive to succeed in this dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Executive Chef Adam Lane, you will be responsible for upholding the high standards of our sushi counter. Your role will include:
- Skillfully preparing sushi rolls and sashimi to meet and exceed quality standards
- Precisely handling and cutting fish for sashimi to ensure premium presentation and taste.
- Contributing innovative ideas to enhance and evolve our menu offerings.
