About the role
QT Melbourne is adding to our Conference & Events Supervisor team. You will be ready to put your leadership skills to good use and be part of the QT Melbourne team culture and create strong working relationships with our existing client base. This is the perfect development opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional that is ready to make their mark in an ever-expanding QT Hotel brand and step into the world of Luxury Lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for day to day running of events with a keen eye on service ensuring all areas run seamlessly.
- Liaising with clients, sales and operational teams to create the perfect event every time.
- Excited to work collaboratively and creatively with the wider QT Melbourne team.
- Take ownership of staff training, standards and culture of Front of House staff, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded at all times.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience at a senior or supervisor level with a busy C&E operation
- Ability to work a range of shifts including weekends, nights, public holidays.
- Strong written and communication skills.
