About the role
As the Front Office Duty Manager, you’ll be the charming leader orchestrating our front desk operations and elevating guest experiences. Your role will involve managing check-ins and check-outs with flair, solving guest concerns with a smile, and inspiring your team to deliver top-notch service. You’ll ensure the front office area is spotless, handle room assignments and reservations with ease, and tackle any unexpected challenges that arise. Skills & experience
- A hotel or hospitality aficionado with previous experience and a knack for making guests feel at home.
- A born leader with a flair for the dramatic (in a good way!) and a knack for communication.
- Tech-savvy with a love for hotel management software and all things digital. Previous experience with Opera and/or HubOS software’s is a bonus.
- Ready to work when the world sleeps, on weekends, and during holidays – because the show must go on!
- Equipped with a high school diploma (or equivalent) – bonus points for a degree in hospitality management!
- You’re as bubbly as a glass of champagne and full of initiative.
- Your grooming is spot on, and you are not afraid to experiment with fashion.
- You’re an ace at really listening and juggling ten things at once.
- You’re all about teamwork and thrive in an upbeat and lively environment.
- You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts.
- Flexible availability to handle a rotating roster.
- Willingness to not only lead the team but to also work alongside them to ensure their success.
- The ability to stand like a trooper and lift up luggage, decor, or the occasional mischievous puppy.
