About the role
Looking for a receptionist extraordinaire to join our QT Melbourne Team. As our Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the master of check-ins, check-outs, and ensuring our guests have the time of their lives!

- Being the friendly face of the hotel and lending a hand with concierge services.
- A knack for communication and problem-solving.
- Knowing Melbourne like the back of your hand – the best cafes, hidden gems, and top-notch attractions.
- A smile that goes from ear to ear.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with top-notch efficiency.
- Previous experience with Opera software is a bonus.
- Flexible availability to handle a rotating roster.
