- Knowledgeable of our public areas, rooms and hotel facilities.
- Excellent grooming and personal appearance.
- Ensure Room Attendants have clean linen in the pantries.
- Help sort linen and support laundry team as required.
- Refill supplies and guest amenities in the many storages around the hotel, ensuring stock is always under control.
- Vacuum cleaning of hotel corridors as required.
- Make sure guest supplies are fully stocked: Extra beds, cribs, heaters, amenities, etc.
- Cleaning bins throughout the hotel to support public areas.
- When needed help to strip or clean rooms.
- Report any maintenance defects, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;
- Ensure correct usage of machinery and cleaning supplies.
- Check inventory of housekeeping supplies and stock-taking measure.
- Coordinate with housekeeping manager to place purchase orders.
- Receive, store and distribute stock as orders arrive.

Skills & experience
- A sharp eye for detail and previous experience as in a housekeeping role is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality
- The ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day.
- A high standard of personal grooming and a polished appearance.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with top-notch efficiency
- You’re as bubbly as a glass of champagne and full of initiative.
- Your grooming is spot on, and you are not afraid to experiment with fashion.
- You’re an ace at really listening and juggling ten things at once.
- You’re all about teamwork and thrive in an upbeat and lively environment.
- You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts.
