The Role
The role of the Restaurant Manager is to drive and develop our team to perform at a world class level. Fostering a positive and supportive team culture, focused on team retention and talent development. We are looking for a leader with the drive to take on the responsibility for managing day to day operations of Pascale bar & Grill, maintaining the highest of standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
We are looking for a talented individual that is looking to progress their career within an expanding QT Hotel brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for the people, product, service, and upkeep of their area.
- Overseeing the development of the Pascale wine list and training programme.
- Excited to work collaboratively and creatively with the QT Melbourne team including the Food & Beverage Management and Marketing teams – Ready to explore opportunities through research and early activations.
- Take ownership of staff recruitment, training and culture of Front of House staff, ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or ARM position.
- Ability to work a range of shifts including weekends, nights, public holidays.
- Strong written and communication skills.
