About the role
The Cocktail Bartenders challenges our expectations and bring new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.
Some duties include:
- Must be available Monday – Friday.
- Drive the overall guest experience through a hands on approach.
- Implement during every guest interaction, creativity, flare, and class bringing to life the QT Signature Service.
- Involvement in the development of cocktail creativity for the Signature Cocktail List’s across the outlets.
- Build on the established atmosphere of our bars through involvement and individuality. Shaking tins should come naturally.

Skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work under pressure in Newcastle’s busiest bars.
- Passion for delivering service excellence.
- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Team player with a hands on attitude.
- Sound knowledge of current bar trends.
