About the role

You will engage with our guests from arrival to departure, handling luggage, valet & self-parking, booking dinners, tours etc., ultimately creating a positive experience throughout their stay. Providing exceptional customer service, you will attend to all guest requests in a timely manner. Your day-to-day will look like;

  • Anticipating and attending to the guest’s needs and desires immediately
  • Ensuring that all Hotel guests’ luggage, messages, and special requests are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Create a sense of welcome spirit and is highly motivated and enthusiastic…always!
  • Facilitate an attentive and genuine arrival and departure experience for our guests
  • Demonstrate commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Handles all facets of front desk operations in a timely manner
  • Creatively solves any problems or requests that may arise throughout a guests stay.

Skills & experience

  • Relevant experience in the hotel industry
  • Excellent presentation
  • Incredibly reliable and flexible
  • Ability to work Night Shifts if required
  • Personality plus, and able to bring it out in your team
  • Previous experience with Opera desirable
  • Passion for Hospitality, amazing communication skills both on the phone & in person
  • Excellent front office operations knowledge
  • Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs immediately.
  • Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
