About the role
QT Perth’s signature multi award winning restaurant Santini Bar and Grill is seeking a full time Sommelier to join our wine team.
A day in the life our our resident Sommelier includes:
- Service of wine in Santini – ensuring you are enhancing our guest’s dining experience.
- Ensure wines are stored and served at optimal temperatures and using proper glassware.
- Manage and update hotel wine lists in coordination with hotel management and Group Wine Director.
- Organize and deliver a calendar of wine training with service staff
- Maintain extensive wine cellar including unpacking, racking and filling of cellars.

Skills experience
- Proven experience as Sommelier in similar environment
- Understanding of Australian and European wines
- Minimum WSET level 2
