We are seeking a dynamic leader to join us to manage our award winning Day Spa. spaQ occupies the mezzanine level of QT Sydney and features six treatment rooms, a social Hammam-inspired steam room, extensive lounging spaces, a retail and busy reception and a Barber Shop.
The ideal candidate will possess;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in a fast paced day spa environment
- A vibrant and visible leadership style
- A natural flair in delivering outstanding customer service to a discerning cliental
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience to provide training and developing spa personnel
- The skills to manage a spa budget and the drive to exceed targets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales ability in products & services.
- Accomplished computer skills including spa-scheduling and payroll software
- Excellent presentation
- Beauty &/or massage qualifications
- Flexible working hours
- Managing a team of 10+
- Ensuring 5 star service at all times.
