About the Role
QT Wellington is seeking a Demi Chef to join our award winning culinary team. Our restaurant, Hippopotamus is a Wellington institution, and this opportunity presents an amazing springboard into the world of one of QT’s signature dining experiences, with flair, quirk & everything in between.
- Owns the line where they are working and ensures a high quality is delivered in there section
- Assists the Sous Chef in training and development of the kitchen brigade & ensures kitchen standards are maintained
- Has experience in fine dining environment and a works well under pressure

- Articulate, confident & trustworthy
- Impeccably groomed and presented professionally
