About the role
Rydges Armidale is currently seeking a Hands on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team of enthusiastic team members. We are looking for someone with a big personality that can have fun with, and entertain our guests. The candidate will ideally also have a passion for hotels and hospitality and be hungry for experience that will further their career within the company. This is a hands on role that requires you to work within various outlets of the property.
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the specified area whilst on shift; maintaining the established service standard; and upholding the policies and procedures of the outlet and the Hotel.
Key responsibilities;
- Attend to guest’s needs and desires immediately.
- Maintain the grooming standards of all employees.
- Ensure the total supervision of all food and beverage staff.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with members of staff in all departments.
- Have a full knowledge of the Hotel’s food and beverage service policies and procedures
- Maintain superior levels of food & beverage service to hotel guests.
- Ensure that the staff’s product knowledge is at an acceptable level.
