About the role
The Business Development Manager is primarily focussed on securing future business opportunities within Corporate, Government, TMC and C&E markets, cultivating the current base of major accounts, increasing projected revenues and identifying potential in markets where we are not capturing our fair share of the business.
The position manages an existing contracted client base and is responsible to develop new business to increase market share. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and grow new and existing accounts
- Conduct external sales calls, on-site client hosting and site inspections
- Identify and convert sales leads
- Effectively communicate client feedback and trends

Skills & experience
- Client servicing experience is essential
- Previous experience in target driven KPI’s
- Able to flex and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the market
- Experience in Corporate, Government and C&E markets is advantageous
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Collaborative and a team player
