About the role
The BDM is responsible for securing profitable new business opportunities from within the Corporate and C&E segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue
- Maximize market share by saturating existing accounts
- Direct management, oversight and goals (revenue, demand generation, share growth) for identified group accounts
- Development of tactical account identification plans and processes
- Work with the hotel operational departments to ensure clear systems in place to achieve excellence in customer service and repeat business from managed accounts
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ Hospitality sales
- Previous experience in target driven KPI’s
- Able to flex and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the market
- Experience in Corporate, Government and C&E markets advantageous
