About the role

The Director of Sales and Marketing is the master of our commercial sales destiny and responsible for developing, leading, and executing top line revenue performance and enhancing and maximizing the profile of the hotel through all facets of Sales. They are as happy creating strategy to deliver revenue to key market segments as they are developing relationships with important contacts over a cup of coffee. This is an all revenue role and will oversee the hotel targets for rooms, conferencing and restaurant + bar revenues.

  • Develop, lead and execute strategy to deliver top line revenue excellence,
  • Cultivate a high performance culture and act as mentor, coach, trainer and task master for your team,
  • Personally manage key accounts ensuring the highest standard of care is taken

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years Hospitality sales and marketing leadership experience at a senior level,
  • Demonstrated history of leading a team
  • Experience developing strong commercial sales strategies and the ability to flex and adapt that strategy to stay ahead of the market.
