About the role

As a Full Time Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of our hotel restaurant, bar and overseeing the C&E dept, as well as exceeding guest expectations at every interaction.

Skills & experience 

  • A strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food and beverage and guest service.
  • Experience managing restaurant, bar and conferencing & events operations.
  • Experience with IVvy desirable.
  • Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses, payroll costs, ordering stock & maintaining hotel par levels and maximise profitability within all areas of food and beverage outlet(s).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership skills that are second to none.
  • Experience in training and developing staff
  • The role would suit an experienced F & B Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career.
