About the role
As a Full Time Guest Services Agent you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy front desk.

Skills & experience
- Minimum one year of hotel front office experience
- Experience with Opera, or similar hotel PMS
- The flexibility to work a rotating roster of AM, PM and Overnight shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays
- A willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guests
- The ability to work in a strong team environment
- The ability to show initiative
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- The ability to work well in a high pressure environment
