Rydges Bankstown is currently seeking a full time Night Manager to join our dynamic team of hospitality professionals.

The Night Manager is a key member of the Front Office Team and is responsible for the overnight (10pm – 6.00am) operations of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager; verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of guest services.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have at least 12 months previous experience as a Night Auditor/Manager
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Be available to work weekends and public holidays
  • Possess excellent time management skills
  • Have excellent grooming and personal presentation
  • Be able to work autonomously with the confidence to problem solve without supervision
  • Work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience using Opera PMS will be highly regarded
  • Have a current First Aid qualification
  • Immediate Start
