About the role
OTIS Grill & Bar is situated within Rydges Campbelltown boasting 4.5 star accommodation rooms, state of the art conferencing spaces, dedicated wedding venue and contemporary alfresco spaces.
We are on the hunt for a Chef De Partie to join our expanding team.

Skills & experience
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Knowledgeable across all dining periods including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Be available to work a rotating roster including early breakfast and late dinner shifts.
- Be strong and passionate with a love of food
- A knowledge of kitchen operations, with emphasis on food quality and presentation.
- Have a great can do attitude
- a team player, who is looking to develop further in their career
