About the role
This is a full time role where you will need to multi task; the mains duties you will entail are assisting our guests and dealing with guest enquiries as required. Monitoring the reservations inbox, updating reservation chargebacks, check in/out of guests, taking payments, making reservations.

Skills & experience
- Opera PMS experience is an advantage but not required
- You posses outstanding communication skills and are impeccably groomed
- You are able to work shiftwork which involves various shifts including evenings and weekends. Shifts include but are not limited to 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm.
