About the role

As the Hotel Assistant Manager you are responsible for the day-to-day smooth and efficient operation of the hotel. You will ensure that the highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved whilst maximizing rooms and other related revenue.

Skills & experience 

  • Have a fun & can do attitude!
  • A strong background in Front Office operations (previous supervisory or management experience is preferred).
  • Confidence resolving guest feedback and complaints
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills and clear communication
  • Experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
  • Group reservation experience an advantage
