Exciting opportunity to join our small Team.
As one of our Chef de Parties you will have an opportunity to work across all F&B areas and you will be supported by our Executive Chef and team.
Key responsibilities;
- Working in a Professional Environment with like mind individuals for the purpose of producing high quality meals both in the A la Carte Restaurant and C&E as directed by Exec Chef/ Sous Chef.
- To practice and teach portion control, quality control, waste control and product preparation techniques, showcasing your competency to handle high pressure situations and running a section/ small function unsupervised
- Creative flair and innovation is welcomed within the scope of the Rydges Brand Standard
- Your hard work and dedication will be well rewarded with a competitive hourly rate.
- You will need to be available to work either Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, pending business requirements.
- Running allocated section unsupervised
- Maintaining a clean organised work area
- Assist with daily ordering

Skills & experience
- Full Australian Work rights
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hard working team player
- Punctual, Professional well-presented individual
- 7 day availability with a minimum of 2 days off per week
