About the role
As one of our Food & Beverage Attendants you will have an opportunity to work across all of our outlets – Bar, Restaurant and Banquets, you will be supported by our Food & Beverage Supervisors and team.
Some key duties include;
- Must be available/flexible to work any days of the week and public holidays. Breakfast, Bar, Dinner and Banquet shifts.
- Be our guests first impression.
- Anticipate our guests needs.
- Maintain your self appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members of the service team.
- Acquire a full knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage service policies and procedures.
- Maintain superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests.
- Comply with the hotel’s standards.
- Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to food and beverage product.
- Comply with all of the hotel’s operational policies and procedures.
