About the role (make applicable to what we are after)

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Accounts Clerk to join our Finance Department. 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Review and management of invoices and supplier statements in AP system.
  • Processing of fortnightly payment runs.
  • AR management and payment application.
  • Assist with month-end reports and other tasks that may be assigned by Management.

The successful applicant will posses

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to set priorities and work within timeframes and deadlines.
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using MS Office, particularly Excel and Accounting Systems
  • Completed or working towards a degree in Accounting.
