About the role
A key leadership role, the Executive Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of hotel operations and is a key strategic collaborator. The role requires a commercially savvy candidate who is equally adept in developing future business, curating exceptional guest experiences and mentoring hotel teams in equal measure. The successful candidate will have opportunities to showcase their skillset and unlock development pathways towards a future General Manager role.

Skills & experience
- An experienced hotel senior leader within Rooms Division and/or Food and Beverage a must
- Skilful in developing operational excellence and innovation
- A track record in achieving performance targets
- A people leader renowned for mentorship and guidance
