About the role

Rydges Gold Coast Airport is looking for a suitably qualified Front Office Manager to lead and mentor the professional Front Office team. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will take charge and oversee the successful functioning of the Front Office whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service for our new and returning guests’.

Skills & experience 

  • Extensive Hotel Front Office experience within a minimum 4 star property.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills through the ability to train, motivate and develop your Front Office team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed satisfaction levels.
  • Experience in strategy development and revenue planning.
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and OPERA (preferrable).
