About the role
Rydges Gold Coast Airport is looking for a suitably qualified Reservations Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, you will take charge and oversee the successful functioning of the reservation department whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service for our new and returning guests’.

Skills & experience
- Extensive Front Office and Reservations experience within a minimum 4 star property.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and development of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of guests and exceed satisfaction levels.
- Experience in strategy development and revenue planning.
- A thorough understanding of reservations and revenue systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and OPERA (preferrable).
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
