About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate – switching between sales and coordination – and responsible for ensuring the department achieves targets, upsells and gets every event just right. 

Although primarily the role will be maintaining and building the relationships with our current customers, we require someone who can identify growth opportunities.

An excellent team player, you will be part of a fast moving environment and ensuring our revenue and service goals are always achieved.  Taking direction from the Conference & Event Sales Manager, you will be able to coordinate multiple events at the same time, while assisting, quoting and securing new events, administration tasks and proactive sales.

Skills & experience 

  • Have previous experience in the events and/or hospitality industry
  • Show a high level of initiative 
  • Be a critical, solutions-focused thinker with phenomenal attention to detail
  • Be organised and self-motivated
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Love being part of a team where we share our successes
  • Enjoy plenty of variety
  • iVvy and Opera experience preferred, but not essential
