Rydges Mackay Suites is a 90 room hotel with conference facilities for function and events. Our Moss on Wood Restaurant trades daily from 6am-9pm and includes in room dining for hotel guests. We also have a bar featuring great cocktails and entertainment on weekends. Our Pioneer Ballroom seats functions of up to 160pax.

Skills and Experience
- A strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food and beverage and guest service.
- Trade Qualified.
- Can do attitude to create a positive and enjoyable working environment
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Strong personal standards of cooking
- Basic knowledge of ala carte kitchen operations
- Great communicator
- Excellent organization and time management
