Rydges Mackay Suites is a 90 room hotel with conference facilities for function and events. Our Moss on Wood Restaurant trades daily from 6am-9pm and includes in room dining for hotel guests. We also have a bar featuring great cocktails and entertainment on weekends. Our Pioneer Ballroom seats functions of up to 160pax.

Skills and Experience

  • A strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food and beverage and guest service.
  • Trade Qualified.
  • Can do attitude to create a positive and enjoyable working environment
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Strong personal standards of cooking
  • Basic knowledge of ala carte kitchen operations
  • Great communicator
  • Excellent organization and time management
