About the role

We are looking for an experienced duty manager to work on the floor across our Food, Beverage & Gaming outlets. 

40hrs per week, 2pm – 10pm Thurs – Mon.

Skills & experience 

  • Experience in leading a team to success, day in and day out.
  • Demonstrated history in a similar role in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Currently hold or willing to obtain RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers Licence and Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Barista experience a plus.
  • A collaborative team player, not shy to roll up your sleeves to support the team.
  • Able to co-ordinate functions, events, and maintain standards in the F&B Managers absence.
  • Experience conducting team briefings, communication & driving team incentives.
  • You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative.
  • You are able to juggle ten things at once.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts across 7 days of the week if required.
