A huge opportunity has presented itself at Rydges Mackay Suites for a career minded person who is looking to take the reins of all of our Food, Beverage & Gaming Outlets, Conferencing and Room Service for a 90 Suite Hotel including Moss on Wood Bar and Restaurant along with Moss Gaming.
About the role
This role suits an energetic, passionate and service driven professional who delivers memorable guest experiences. To thrive in this role, you will have a can-do attitude, an emphasis on customer service, a passion for hospitality; up to date with the latest industry trends, the ability to drive new initiatives and extensive experience managing a team.
You will have a strong business vocabulary, having proven experience leading teams in high performing Food, Beverage & Gaming operations. With excellent communication skills, you will have sound knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, coupled with extensive product knowledge and an appreciation for product and service levels.
We are looking for a true leader to help shape and develop the team, be the face of the business, and bring some energy, fun, personality and flair to the overall experience. The successful candidate MUST have a passion for hospitality, love looking after people and be able to develop a service orientated culture.
