About the role
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will assume full responsibility of our F&B operations including the restaurant, bar, conferencing, in room dinning and gaming. The role offers you a great opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and your passion for providing excellent service. This role is pivotal in providing great products and service at Rydges Mackay Suites.
- You will have demonstrated experience in leading teams in high performing Food, Beverage & Gaming operations, and have sound knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
- Supervise and mentor staff members to deliver outstanding service and foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Head / Sous chef in curating menus and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
- Takes ownership of guest complaints and resolve all issues promptly and professionally.
