About the role
An exciting opportunity exists at Rydges Mackay Suites for an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Supervisor in Moss on Wood Restaurant.

Skills & experience
- A passion for the hospitality industry, food service, beverages and customer experience.
- A flair for coffee with extensive Barista skills.
- A vibrant and friendly personality, positive attitude, self-presentation and loads of initiative.
- Superior organisational skills and good communication skills.
- An effective trainer, excited to train a team full of rockstars!
- Have a minimum 2yrs experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead by example and must have a hands-on attitude show initiative and be able to effectively manage up to 5 staff whilst on shift.
- Excellent money handling skills good working knowledge of the Liquor & Gaming Act and compliance relevant to Hospitality service.
- Attention to detail in all facets of hotel operations and guest relations; Be willing to take responsibility.
- Flexible availability although roster will be predominantly mornings and a majority of weekends will be expected.
