Roles and Responsibilities:
- Anticipates and attends to the guest’s needs and desires immediately.
- All public areas, on conference and ground floors are clean.
- Checks and cleans all public toilets daily.
- Checks and cleans staff change rooms and toilets
- Ensures that all walkways and hotel entrances are clean at all times.
- Checks and cleans all outside areas on the road level.
- Cleans, checks gymnasium, pool area, to ensure that all is clean and tidy.
- Ensure that the main Housekeeping Storeroom is kept clean and tidy.
- Checks and cleans all lifts on a regular basis to ensure all are clean and tidy.
- Reports equipment not operating properly to the Maintenance Department.
- Report any potential health and safety hazards to Executive Housekeeper.
- Attend departmental communication, training and information meetings.
- Gives assistance to other departments or outlets when required.
- Carries out other duties as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
What we are looking for:
- Greets the hotel’s guests in a polite and courteous manner.
- Completes all tasks assigned in Optii check list by the supervisors as and when needed
- Takes extreme care with personal grooming in order to maintain a consistently high level of professional appearance.
